Opening Session with Keynote Speaker - Wednesday, October 3 - SOLD!
Sponsorship of the opening general session provides your organization with exposure to all attendees at the same time. You will have an opportunity to introduce your organization and your speaker to the entire conference audience. Along with your "Sponsored by" thank you sign, your organization's logo will be projected onto a giant screen in the meeting room. You will also have the opportunity to provide promotional information to be placed at each attendee seat.

Pirate Party and Treasure Hunt
BANG! A blast of black smoke and the smell of gunpowder fill the air as a seasoned crew of scallywags and swashbucklers storm the conference! It's your opportunity to sponsor a high-humored heist by Pirates. Your organization's name, logo and website will be prominently displayed on our treasure map used both days in the Exhibit Hall.

President's Dinner & Casino Night - Wednesday, October 3
Sponsor the awards ceremony dinner and casino night. Your organization's name and logo will be prominently displayed on each dinner table and in the casino area. You will have an opportunity to speak to the entire group for up to five minutes prior to the awards ceremony (no video presentations please). Attendees will have the opportunity to play casino games dealt by fully trained casino staff using play money with your organization's logo printed on it. Prizes will be awarded.

Conference CD - SOLD!

Workshop Track Sponsor
(Seven Tracks Available)
This is an effective way to target your audience over a three-day period. Your name or logo will greet all participants on the podium during each workshop! Additionally, your name or logo will be printed at the bottom of all handouts distributed by each speaker for the pre-conference workshop and all 6 concurrent sessions in the sponsored track.
