NOTE: Lodge Village and River Lodge accommodations include full daily maid service. At this time, a one-time cleaning fee of $40.00 for 2 Bedroom Condominiums will be charged. Certain larger homes may require an additional fee. Fees are subject to change.

Make Reservations
Call toll free at 800.547.3922 and mention the group code "NHRMA" to receive the discounted group rate. Press '1' for lodging reservations and the '1' again for lodging reservations for a group or conference.
Rooms at the group rate will be available until August 29, 2010 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Cancellation Policy – PLEASE BE ADVISED
Cancellations MUST be made more than 21 days prior to scheduled check-in or the guest will be charged the equivalent of one night’s lodging. Guests who depart prior to the confirmed departure date will be charged for the unused portion of their stay.
