Sponsorship Opportunities
Executive Sponsor Luncheon: Purchase a sponsorship for $7,500 or more and receive an invitation to the Executive Sponsor Luncheon with NHRMA Board Members, Committee Hosts and Chapter Presidents on Wednesday September 29, 2010. This is a great opportunity to learn more about NHRMA’s programs, how to reach their membership, and how to address HR areas of interest.

Conference CD
Extend your reach beyond the conference by sponsoring a CD of presentations from the conference that attendees can share with their co-workers back at the office. Your organization’s logo will be prominently displayed on the cover.
Opening Session with Keynote Speaker – Wednesday, September 29
Sponsorship of the opening general session provides your organization with exposure to all attendees at the same time. You will have an opportunity to introduce your organization and the speaker to the entire conference audience. Along with your “Sponsored by” sign, your organization’s logo will be projected onto a large screen in the session room. You will also have the opportunity to provide promotional information to be placed at each attendee seat.

NHRMA Evening Event
Host an exclusive evening event for conference attendees in a relaxed and fun setting. Your organization’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on each dinner table. You will have an opportunity to speak to the entire group for up to five minutes (no video presentations please). You will be entitled to six complimentary tickets to your sponsored event. Your organization can personally welcome the attendees and hand them a custom goodie bag (if you like) as they depart the event.
Conference Journal and Pen
All participants will carry your organization’s name or logo on their journal and pen throughout the conference. Hundreds of people will continue to advertise for you when they use their journal and pen back in the office.
Cyber Café – Email Station for Attendees
Your organization’s name or logo will be featured on every screen in the Cyber Café and the server will be set to your homepage. Every time participants check their email, they will be reminded of you and your generous support! Your promotional materials may also be displayed in the Cyber Café area.
Relaxation Station with Double Exhibit Booth
