Reservations

 

NHRMA Group Rate: $149 single/double occupancy per room per night. The quoted room rate does not include any applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.4%.

Rooms at the group rate will be available until Monday, September 5, 2011 or until the group block in full, whichever occurs first.

Parking
The hotel offers complimentary self parking to all hotel guests.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.

Please Note
•  The discounted group rate of $115 + tax is available through Monday, September 26 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
•  Guests must cancel their reservation no later than 4:00 pm local time on the day prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax.
•  The group shuttle to the Meydenbauer Center and the buses to the Thursday evening events will depart next door from the Convention Entrance of the Hilton Bellevue (a very short walk across the parking lot between the two venues).
