Full Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow, workshops and general sessions, Zumba class on Thursday, refreshment breaks, two breakfasts, two lunches, a reception on Wednesday and an evening event on Thursday (pending nominal registration fee).

One Day Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow (except Friday), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled selected day (pending nominal registration fee for Thursday evening event).

Wednesday Pre-Conference Workshops (3 hour sessions) are not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds
All cancellations must be communicated in writing and postmarked by Monday, August 8, 2011 to receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Monday, August 8 and by Monday, September 5, 2011, will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after Monday, September 5, 2011; however, an alternate person may attend for the registrant. Refunds of credit card payments must be made to the same account used for the payment.
