Full Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow, workshops and general sessions, refreshment breaks, two breakfasts, one lunch, a reception on Monday and an evening event on Tuesday (additional $10 registration fee applies).

 

One Day Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow (except Wednesday), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled for the selected day (additional $10 registration fee applies for Tuesday’s evening event).

 

Monday Pre-Conference Workshops (3 hour sessions) are not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately.

 

SHRM/NHRMA Volunteer Leader Meeting & Workshop will be held on Monday, October 1 from 8:00 am - 11:30 am. All current and future volunteers are encouraged to attend. There is no fee to attend; however, pre-registration is required.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations received by Friday, August 24 will be refunded less a $100 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 24; however, substitutions may be made until the start of the Conference. If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, NHRMA will refund the registration fee. 

 

Refunds of credit card payments must be made to the same account used for the payment. All cancellations must be sent in writing by email, or mail to NHRMA 2012 c/o Conference Solutions to the address below.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend NHRMA 2012, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person by notifying NHRMA 2012 c/o Conference Solutions in writing by email, fax, or mail.  Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration.  Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the onsite registration desk.
