I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Please visit the NHRMA registration webpage: http://www.nhrmaconference.org/2014/Registration.

Click on the “Register Now” button.  Enter your name and email address and select “Attendee” as your registration type from the drop-down menu. Click “Next” to continue your registration on the next page. Instructions on the top of each page will guide you through the process.

 

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Conference registration includes access to workshops and General Sessions, entry to the Tradeshow, refreshment breaks, two continental breakfasts, two lunches and the Welcome Reception on Monday evening. Optional items such as Pre-Conference Workshops or Tuesday night activities are not included but can be added to your registration for an additional fee.

 

Who qualifies for the SHRM Member registration fee?

A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in good standing.

 

Can I just attend one day of the Conference?

Yes, one day options are available for purchase at the time of registration.
 

Which workshops are considered Pre-Conference Intensive Workshops and require an additional fee?

Click here to view the Pre-Conference Workshops, which will be offered on Monday, September 29, 2014, 8:30 am – 11:30 am. These workshops are not included in Full-Conference or One-Day registrations and require payment of an additional fee.

 

What is the “Eat & Greet”?

Jumpstart your conference with an "Eat & Greet" with your NHRMA Board. Enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, learn about volunteer opportunities, network with your colleagues and be energized to start your conference.

 

Can I bring a guest to the NHRMA Evening Events on Tuesday, September 30?

Yes, guest tickets will be available for purchase through the online registration site. Already registered? Please follow the embedded link in your confirmation email to modify your registration. You will be asked to enter your email address and confirmation number that was send to you in the confirmation email. Once logged in, advance through the registration form and select the guest ticket on the “Agenda” page. If you experience difficulties, please email NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

 

How do I edit my contact information or add items to my order after I have already made my purchase?

If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, click on the “Register Now” button on the NHRMA registration page and then click “Already registered?”. You will be asked to enter your email address and confirmation number that was send to you in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can modify your registration by following the embedded link in your confirmation email.

 

Where can I find my confirmation number?

The confirmation number is a combination of letters and numbers and can be found in your confirmation email.
 

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by August 29, 2014 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 29, 2014.
 

Cancellation of individual conferences items, such as Pre-Conference Workshops and Tuesday evening events, are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations received by August 29, 2014 will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 29, 2014. Substitutions can be made without a charge.
 

If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, NHRMA 2014 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.
 

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline of September 17, 2014, or at the onsite Registration Desk

 

Are there any academic credits available for this Conference?

Yes, the Conference Committee has applied for HRCI credits based on the current schedule. The conference website will be updated once this information is available.

 

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be included in the Conference Program that every registrant receives onsite.

 

I have some dietary restrictions/special needs, how do I inform the Conference Planners?

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process.  A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, as needed.

 

Where will conference registration be located?

The Conference will be held at the Spokane Convention Center at 334 West Spokane Falls Boulevard in Spokane, WA. The Registration Desk will be located in the Ballroom Lobby on the ground floor and will officially open on Monday, September 29, 2014.

 

I would like to reserve a hotel room in Spokane. Which hotel should I contact?

NHRMA has secured a special discounted room rate at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park. In addition to the group rate, the Red Lion boasts spacious guest rooms and a convenient location near the Spokane Convention Center where all conference events will take place. It is also within close proximity to a variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Visit the Accommodations Page to learn more and to reserve your room.

 

After the Conference, how do I submit my HRCI credits?

Please use the Recertification Credit Form that will be provided in your Conference Program to keep track of the workshops you attend. For questions about recertification policies and procedures, please visit the recertification page at www.hrci.org.
