The NHRMA Tradeshow is a popular event with a strong following. Take advantage of the opportunity to reach a concentrated group of diverse Human Resource leaders and professionals by reserving a booth at the NHRMA 2016 Tradeshow today.
Premium booths are designated based on location and high-traffic areas (i.e. near the Food & Beverages Stations and the Tradeshow entrance). All booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Exhibitor Benefits for 2016:
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheet of the Attendee Roster that includes the name, organization and email address of all conference attendees, to be sent approximately one week before the Conference.
- Your company name listed on the conference website (upgrade with a hotlink to your website for just $150!).
- Descriptive listing in the Exhibitor Guide of the Conference Program (description must be received by Friday, July 15, 2016).
- Your company name and contact information included in a Vendor Directory at www.NHRMA.org for 1 year (September 2016 – September 2017).
- A pre-conference eFlyer to all attendees with the Exhibitor Guide attached, encouraging them to be strategic and plan who they will visit inside the Tradeshow.
- Descriptive listing in the Exhibitor section of conference app (if the app is sponsored), for attendees with smartphones. The app will be promoted prior to the Conference on the conference website and in eFlyers.
