WHY ATTEND?

 

Harsh economic times have caused many professional development budgets to be reduced considerably. In addition to the merits of the annual NHRMA Conference & Tradeshow (and we think there are many!), use these tactics below to make your case.


When pitching to your supervisor:
 

  • Focus on the specific information that you will be able to bring back to your organization.

  • Offer to prepare and deliver a presentation for your colleagues to share what you learned and the resources you have discovered. Therefore, others will get the benefits of your attendance as well.

  • If you need Recertification Credits, remind your supervisor the NHRMA 2016 Conference is a great

     way to earn credits.
