I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Click on the “Register Now” button. Enter your name and email address and select “Attendee” as your registration type from the drop-down menu. Click “Next” to continue your registration on the next page. Instructions on the top of each page will guide you through the process. Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf using your email address, you will not be able to use that email address again. I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice, and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “cc email address” field, if entered).

 

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Registration Confirmed – NHRMA 2017”.
  3. Email NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

 

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Full Conference Registration Fee includes entry to the Tradeshow, workshops and general sessions, refreshment breaks, one breakfast, two lunches, and a reception in the Tradeshow on Monday evening.

 

Who qualifies for the SHRM Member registration fee?

A paid member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in good standing. Please click here for more information on SHRM Membership.

 

Can I just attend one day of the Conference?

Yes, one day options are available for purchase at the time of registration. One Day Conference Registration Fee includes entry to the Tradeshow (on Monday and Tuesday only), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled for the selected day.

 

Which workshops are considered Pre-Conference Workshops and require an additional fee?

Pre-Conference Workshops are offered on Monday, September 25, 2017, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. These workshops are NOT included in Full Conference or One-Day registrations and require payment of an additional fee.

 

Can I bring a guest to the NHRMA Evening Events on Tuesday, September 26th?

Yes, guest tickets will be available for purchase through the online registration site. If you would like to purchase more than one guest ticket, please contact NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com after you complete your online registration.

 

Already registered? Please follow the embedded link in your confirmation email to modify your registration. You will be asked to enter your email address and confirmation number that was sent to you in the confirmation email. Once logged in, advance through the registration form and select the guest ticket on the “Agenda” page. If you experience difficulties, please email NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.
 

How do I edit my contact information or add items to my order after I have already made my purchase?

If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, click on the “Register Now” button on the NHRMA registration page and then click “Already registered?” You will be asked to enter your email address and confirmation number that was sent to you in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can modify your registration by following the embedded link in your confirmation email.

 

Where can I find my confirmation number?

The confirmation number is a combination of letters and numbers and can be found in your confirmation email.

 

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by August 24, 2017 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 24, 2017.  

 

I still want to attend the Conference, but need to cancel one of my optional agenda items. What is the cancellation for optional agenda items?

Cancellations of individual conferences items, such as Pre-Conference Workshops and special sessions received by August 24, 2017, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 24, 2017. Substitutions of additional items can be made without a charge.
 

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the onsite Registration Desk.

 

Are there any continuing education credits available for this Conference?

Yes, the Conference Committee has applied for HRCI and SHRM Certification credits based on the current schedule. Click here to view the approved credits. 

 

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be available to all registrants. This does not constitute HRCI or SHRM credits; however, information about obtaining those credits can be found in the printed Conference Program.

 

I have some dietary restrictions/special needs, how do I inform the Conference Planners?

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, as needed.

 

Where will conference registration be located?

All events and registration for the NHRMA 2017 Conference & Tradeshow will take place at The Riverhouse on the Deschutes in Bend, Oregon: 3075 N. Business 97, Bend, OR 97703.

 

I would like to reserve a hotel room in Bend. Which hotel should I contact?

After the Conference, how do I submit my HRCI or SHRM Certification credits?

Please use the Recertification Credit Form that will be provided onsite to keep track of the workshops you attend. For questions about recertification policies and procedures, please visit the recertification page at www.hrci.org or www.shrm.org.
