One Day Conference Registration Fee includes entry to the tradeshow (on Wednesday and Thursday only), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled for the selected day. There is no tradeshow on Friday.

3-hour sessions are NOT included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately during the registration process.

Method of Payment:

Full Payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until the full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement. 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellation notices must be received in writing by September 13, 2019, to receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Credit card refunds must be made to the same account used for payment. If for any reason, the Conference should be canceled, NHRMA 2019 will refund the registration fee in full within 90 days of cancellation.
