Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the NHRMA 2024 Conference & Tradeshow, you may:
- Send a Substitute
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time up until the pre-registration deadline or at the onsite Registration Desk. Optional individual conference items are non-transferrable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution is requested prior to August 16, 2024. - Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by August 16, 2024 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 16, 2024. Cancellation of optional individual conference items received by August 16, 2024 will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 16, 2024.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the NHRMA Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NHRMA for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.
Payment Instructions
All conference registrations may submit payment by credit card or check. Payments not received within 15 days of the registration order may result in a cancellation of the order. If you are paying by credit card, you will complete your payment during registration and the vendor on your statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.
