* The NHRMA Master Series are interactive forums designed specifically for seasoned HR professionals looking to get more than a few simple takeaways. These sessions are longer than concurrent sessions to allow for a deeper dive into the content and provide experiential learning-focused opportunities, full of innovative best practices and concrete takeaways.
COVID-19 Safety Policy
As an attendee, your safety and wellbeing are our number one priority. With that in mind, NHRMA will implement the following best practices:
- Proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid test result within 48 hours of the first day of the Conference.
- If you do not provide proof of vaccination or a negative test, your registration will be converted to virtual conference access and you will not be allowed inside the Convention Center; no exceptions will be made.
- Look for more details from us in the coming days on how to provide proof of vaccination/negative COVID-19 test.
- Face masks will be required in all indoor and outdoor spaces.
- An acceptable “mask” is made of at least 2 layers of breathable fabric or hospital-grade material; fully covers the nose, nostrils, and mouth; fits firmly under the chin, and fits snugly, but comfortably against the side of the face.
- Face shields are not permitted.
- NHRMA reserves the right to deny entry to anyone seeking admittance or remove them from the venue should they present any COVID-19 like symptoms or refuse to wear a mask.
- All seating in session rooms will be set to accommodate current social distancing recommendations.
- All food and beverages will be packaged or served by an OCC staff.
- Handshaking, hugging or other unnecessary person-to-person contact will be discouraged between all participants.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the conference spaces and in common areas.
- Podiums, microphones, and speaker laptops will be sanitized between sessions.
- High-touch areas (session rooms, bathrooms, and common areas) will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
To provide attendees with an additional layer of confidence in the OCC’s protocols, the OCC has achieved the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) Star Accreditation. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, the convention center has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention in its facility for meetings, conventions, and retail.
We hope these enhanced safety protocols will make you feel at ease joining us at the NHRMA Conference, and allow HR professionals from Oregon, Washington, and Alaska to come together again to share education, ideas, and best practices. As an industry that has been navigating constant challenges over the last 18 months, it is needed more than ever.
However, if you do not feel comfortable joining us in person, we are happy to move you to the virtual NHRMA Conference experience, which will give you access to all the session recordings post-conference. To facilitate that change, please let us know by emailing register@conferencesolutionsinc.com by Friday, September 17.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the NHRMA 2021 Conference & Tradeshow, you may:
- Send a Substitute
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time. - Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by August 27, 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 27, 2021.
Optional Items Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of optional individual conference items received by August 27, 2021 will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 27, 2021. Substitutions can be made without a charge by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Optional individual conference items include Pre-Conference Workshop registration fees.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the NHRMA Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NHRMA for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.
Payment Instructions
All conference registrations may submit payment by credit card or check. Payments not received within 15 days of the registration order may result in a cancellation of the order. If you are paying by credit card, you will complete your payment during registration and the vendor on your statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.
