NHRMA participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodations reservations. NHRMA has NOT enlisted the services of a third party to make these arrangements on behalf of conference participants. In the event you are contacted by a third party offering these services, proceed with caution as it may be a scam.

All events and registration for the NHRMA 2026 Conference and Tradeshow will take place at the Spokane Convention Center.

The Davenport Grand Hotel is located directly across the street from the Spokane Convention Center. Stay in one of 716 guestrooms featuring pillowtop beds with Frette Italian sheets for the most convenient, luxurious conference experience.

 

Room Rates

$191 USD room rate plus tax (currently 12.1%) for single/double occupancy.

 

 
NHRMA has secured a discounted group rate for 2026 NHRMA attendees, including the nights from September 8-12, 2026. Reservations can be made at the group rate until August 15, 2026, or until the group block is sold out, whichever occurs first.
 
Parking
Self-parking at The Davenport Grand is available in the garage off of Washington Street for the NHRMA 2026 Guest discounted rate of $23 per night per car. Valet Parking is also available for $35 per night per car.
 
Important Hotel Information
  • Check-in Time: 4:00 pm
  • Check out Time: 12:00 pm
  • Room deposit: A deposit equal to the room rate plus tax for one night is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least three (3) days prior to the arrival date.
