Where will conference registration be located?

All sessions for the NHRMA 2026 Conference & Tradeshow will take place at the Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, Washington.

 

I would like to reserve a hotel room in Spokane. Which hotel should I contact?

Visit the Accommodations Page for information on The Davenport Grand Hotel, NHRMA’s host hotel.

 

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Standard Conference Pass provides full access to the core conference experience. Attend all keynote sessions, concurrent workshops, explore the tradeshow, and enjoy hosted meals throughout the event, including two breakfasts, two lunches, refreshment breaks, and the conference reception—perfect for learning, networking, and recharging.
All-Access Conference Pass is ideal for professionals who want the complete conference experience. In addition to full access to all sessions and the tradeshow, this pass includes participation in the Pre-Conference Workshops and the HR Leadership Forum, offering deeper insight, advanced discussion, and enhanced peer connection—along with hosted meals throughout the event, including two breakfasts, two lunches, refreshment breaks, and the conference reception.
VIP All-Access Conference Pass is designed for senior leaders and influencers, the VIP Conference Pass delivers premium access and exclusive perks. The VIP pass includes full conference access and participation in the Pre-Conference Workshops and the HR Leadership Forum. VIPs will also receive expedited VIP registration check-in, and priority seating at general sessions alongside the NHRMA Board. This elevated experience also includes all hosted meals and events. A donation supporting student travel grants for NHRMA’s HR Leaders of Tomorrow (HRLT) Student Conference is included—making a lasting impact for both the students and the HR Profession.

 

Can I attend one day of the Conference?

Yes, one-day options are available for purchase through the registration site. The One-Day Conference Pass offers flexible access for attendees with limited schedules. Choose the day that works best and enjoy full access to that day’s keynote session, concurrent workshops, tradeshow, and meals and refreshments that are provided on your selected date.

 

Which workshops are considered Pre-Conference Workshops and require an additional fee?

Pre-Conference Workshops are offered on Wednesday, September 9 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. These workshops are NOT included in the Standard or One-Day Conference Passes and require payment of an additional fee.

Pre-Conference Workshops are optional, in-depth learning experiences available as an add-on to any conference pass.

The fee to participate in a Pre-Conference Workshop is included in the VIP and All-Access registration types, but Standard Access Conference Pass registrants will be able to participate for an additional fee as noted on the selection page of registration. All Pre-Conference Workshops require pre-registration, regardless of registration type, so be sure to select the one you wish to attend!

 

What is the HR Leadership Forum?

The HR Leadership Forum is an interactive forum designed specifically for seasoned HR professionals seeking depth, strategy, and real-world application. This session features facilitated discussions and provides experiential learning-focused opportunities, full of innovative best practices and concrete takeaways. Executive and senior-level professionals are the primary audience for this session; attendance is limited to ensure a focused, high-value, interactive experience.

Please note, the HR Leadership Forum is only available to VIP or All-Access registration passes.

 

I have allergies, dietary preferences, and/or additional participation needs. How do I inform the Conference Planners?

You will be able to indicate your dietary allergens and preferences during your registration to help aid in planning. The venue is not a dedicated allergen-free facility, and while precautions are taken, there is no guarantee that cross-contact will not occur during preparation or service. The conference strives to consider a variety of dietary preferences in the meal planning process, and aims to offer a wide range of options that satisfy many preferences (vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-friendly).

During your registration, you will be able to provide additional participation accommodations that the conference should be aware of to help facilitate your participation (e.g. mobility access, space for lactation needs or religious observances). If you have essential accommodations required for your participation, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com prior to completing your registration to ensure the request can be fulfilled. Requests received within 60 days of the start of the conference may not be able to be accommodated.

Online Registration

I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.

Please click here to visit the NHRMA registration website. Select the “New Registration” button and follow the subsequent prompts. 

Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf using your email address, you will not be able to use that email address again. Please contact the Registration Manager for further assistance: Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

 

I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

 

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Confirmation for NHRMA 2026 Conference and Tradeshow”.
  3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.

Can I edit my contact information?

Registrants are unable to make their own changes to contact information after submitting. Please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to request any modifications to your contact information.

 

How do I add items to my registration after I have already made my purchase?

If you would like to edit the selections you made when you submitted your registration, you can login by clicking here to modify your registration record. Please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for assistance.

 

I selected "check" as my payment option, but now I want to pay with a card.

To make a credit card payment on an existing registration, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click here to login with your email address and reference number (found in the confirmation email)
  2. You might reach the sessions selection page. Feel free to add or modify your selections, and/or click the “Continue” button.
  3. On the payment page, you will see the payment methods to choose from. Make sure to click “credit card” to enter your card information in the prompted fields and then click the “Submit Registration” button.
  4. Download your updated receipt via the buttons on the registration record page.

Policies

I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com on or before August 5, 2026, to receive a partial refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 5, 2026. Credit card refunds must be made to the same account used for payment. Cancellation of optional individual conference items received on or before the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund for optional individual conference items after August 5, 2026.

 

I still want to attend the Conference but need to cancel one of my optional session items. What is the cancellation for optional agenda items?

Cancellations of optional agenda items, such as Pre-Conference Workshops received by August 5, 2026, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 5, 2026. Optional agenda items are non-transferable at any time. Please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to process your cancellation request and to receive your refund, if applicable.

 

I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution process?

Know someone else who is interested in attending? Substitution requests can be made simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be initiated by the original registrant at any time, including at the onsite registration desk. A unique registration link will be shared to allow the substituting registrant to select any optional individual items and to process payment for the $50 substitution fee. Optional individual conference items (such as a Pre-Conference Workshop) are non-transferable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution request is made on or before the cancellation deadline of August 5, 2026.

Credits and Materials

Are there any continuing education credits available for this Conference?

Yes, the Conference Committee has applied for HRCI and SHRM Certification credits based on the current schedule. 

 

Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?

A certificate of attendance will be emailed to you after the conference is complete, with the conference evaluation form.

 

After the Conference, how do I submit my HRCI or SHRM Certification credits?

The link to download the Recertification Credit Certificates will be emailed to you after the conference is complete, with the conference evaluation form.
